ARE YOU GOING TO DIE?

Yes, you are going to die. It's the ultimate statistic: 10 out of 10 die.

If your heart stopped right now, how would you respond in those few moments as your life drained from you? Don't deceive yourself any further by saying, "That would never happen to me." Human nature tends to think that way -- that death is something that happens to other people. But every single day 150,000 people die, and no doubt each of them that are now in eternity, thought just like you -- that death "will never happen to me."

When that day comes for you, you're going to have to face God's judgment. So the most important question you can ask is, "Will I go to Heaven?" Here's a quick test. Have you ever told a lie, stolen anything, or used God's name in vain?

Jesus said, "Whoever looks at a woman to lust for her has committed adultery already with her in his heart." Have you looked at someone with lust? Will you be guilty on Judgment Day? If you have done those things God sees you as a lying, thieving, blasphemous, adulterer at heart.

Ask God to shine a spotlight on your heart and remind you of those things that you have thought and done that He saw. Nothing is hidden from His Holy eyes. Realize that if God gives you justice, you will end up in Hell for eternity. But that's not God's will for you. Jesus Christ suffered and died on the Cross in your place, so you could go free. That's how much God loves you. We broke God's Law, but Jesus paid our fine. Then He rose from

the grave and defeated death. If you repent and trust in Him, God will forgive your sins and grant you everlasting life.

We only get one chance in this thing we call "life." Don't blow it for eternity. Obey the gospel today. Then read your Bible daily and obey what you read, God will never let you down.

Imagine you could go back in time to the day before the 2004 tsunami killed more than 229,800 people in Indonesia, Sri Lanka, India, Thailand, and elsewhere. What would you do? If you start telling people you've "seen the future" and you warn them to take steps to escape the coming disaster, most are going to just write you off as a nutcase. But what would really be lame... is if you did nothing.

You see, God knows the future. And He says that something much worse than the tsunami is coming... it's the Day of Judgment when you have to face God.

Saying you don't believe it, won't change a thing. That's about like standing in the middle of the freeway and shouting, "I don't believe in trucks," ...as one mows you down.

Death is coming, God will Judge you, and Hell is the never ending prison for those who have broken His Laws. What would really be lame... is if we didn't tell you.
